Grief in some form is experienced by everyone, everywhere. Over the past six years Nanci suffered the passing of her elderly father, several relatives from Covid, and her beloved husband, with each loss affecting her differently. Join her as she shares her extensive research into the scientifically proven effects of grief and grieving on the mind, body, and spirit; how they’ve influenced her magical practices; and how to be supportive of yourself and others when adjusting to a New Normal. We’ll discuss rituals and exercises of remembrance and mourning, and gain strength from one another as we look at ways to cope with loss. We are not alone. We are not crazy. We’re in grief.
