In this class we will move through the Elements of Life, uncovering our strengths and weaknesses, skills and challenges, and finding the seat of our power. We will then expand this work out into our personal communities. What are the strengths and challenges our communities have around air, fire, water, and earth? What egregores are created as a result of these strengths and challenges? How do we address our place in the group body? How do we shift the spirit of the group toward one that feels healthier for all? What thoughtforms affect our personal lives? How does thought combine with energy and action to keep us stuck or manifest what we desire? Please bring paper or journal, a writing implement, and your curiosity.
